14. The Trustees are responsible for maintaining a list of the League’s assets. League trophies are to be returned by the July League Meeting. Clubs responsible for the return of trophies will be notified at the preceding General Committee Meeting.
15. The financial year-end shall be 31st October. Where debts are still outstanding less than the amount of the guarantee fee, the League shall confiscate the guarantee fee, and the club must pay both the outstanding debt and a new guarantee fee before the next AGM (if the debt is greater than the guarantee fee – see Rule 10, H).
16. Each team in membership of the League shall receive a maximum of 10 handbooks, free of charge.
17. Each team in membership of the League are responsible for payment of a limited number of tickets for any event organised by the League. Any additional individual trophies required by clubs may be supplied only on a payment with order basis. The League shall provide a maximum of 15 individual trophies for each team winning an honour. The League may organise a presentation each year, and clubs shall contribute to the Presentation Evening as directed by the League Executive Committee. It will be mandatory for teams in either a team, or individual award(s) to actually attend the presentation.

Umpires expenses are inclusive of travel expenses and shared equally by both teams. NB Full expenses are payable for matches cancelled in all cases where the umpire has not been notified of the cancellation two hours prior to the scheduled start time on the day of the fixture.

19. Scale of Fines 2024
a. The following offences shall be fined as follows
AGM/League Meetings £10 absent at first roll call
AGM/League Meetings Further £15 if failure to attend
Non-payment of Budget Account on time/given date to be fined the greater of 10% of budget account or £10
b. The following offences shall be fined £5.00 (1st offence), £10.00 (2nd offence) and £10.00 (3rd offence) plus referral to the Disciplinary Committee:
Late toss at start of match
Failure to call off two hours prior to scheduled start time
c. The following offences shall be punished by deduction of League Match points: 3 for 1st offence, 5 for 2nd offence and 10 plus referral to the League Discipline Committee for all subsequent offences.
No photos of scoresheet received by Match Secretary by 9:30 pm on day of match
No scoresheet received by Match Secretary by Friday following the fixture.
Failure to provide a correct, completed scoresheet (Rule 51(b).)
No result and match points entered by home team into GMACL section of ECB Play Cricket within two days of match completion (Rule 53(b)).
d. The following offences shall be fined as follows

If the failure to fulfil a club umpiring appointment is too late in the season to arrange a replacement appointment, then a fine of £25.00 shall apply, plus a 10 League point deduction.
e. The League Treasurer shall estimate each team’s budget liability for the year and each club will receive an invoice by the end of April. This invoice will be payable in two equal instalments, the first by the June League Meeting and the remainder by the August League Meeting. Any remaining amounts after August will be payable either by the club (or by the League) by the October League Meeting. Any club in arrears at the end of the August League Meeting shall be referred to the League Discipline Committee and the club shall be liable to suspension of its membership.
