Purpose
The Rules of the GMACL Sunday Competition rulebook will apply and in the main be the primary point of reference. The purpose of this document is to provide the differences that will apply to the GMACL-T20 Competition.
Constitution
The GMACL-T20 Competition is to be considered as a separate section of the GMACL Sunday Competition. The Trustees and Officers of the GMACL will also hold responsibility for the GMACL-T20.
GMACL-T20 League General Meetings will be held within the GMACL Sunday Competition meeting schedule.
There will be a separate Annual General Meeting each year for the T20 competition. The T20 competition teams will not get extra voting rights at the GMACL Sunday Competition AGM, unless if a team is not a member of the Sunday competition and registers to the T20 competition as a separate club.
Club Responsibilities
Each team must complete a Pitch Allocation Form along with dates available for the ground, to be returned to the Fixtures Secretary by the end of March.
Finance
The League Treasurer will arrange the accounts so that the Sunday and T20 competitions are declared separately. There should be no cross-subsidy one way or the other between the two competitions.
The League Treasurer will follow the same Budget accounts system for teams as the GMACL Sunday Competition.
The following fees will apply to the GMACL-T20 Competition –
Guarantee Fee £100.00 per team
League Subscription £50.00 per team
LCF Subscription £85.00 per team – Only applicable if the team is not a member of the GMACL Sunday Competition.
Provision of Trophies £25.00 per team
Umpires Expenses (one) £30.00 per team (£60.00) Zone 1, £35.00 per team (70.00) Zone 2
Umpires Expenses (two) £40.00 per team (£80.00) Zone 1, £45.00 per team (90.00) Zone 2
League Presentation Evening Contribution £75.00 per team – Only applicable if the team is not a member of the GMACL Sunday Competition.
The following fines/sanctions will apply to the GMACL-T20 Competition –
All sanctions as shown in the GMACL Sunday Competition Rule 19 will apply with the following wording differences for GMACL-T20
Deduction of 1 match point for 1st offence, deduction of 1 match point for 2nd offence, deduction of 1 match point plus referral to the League Discipline Committee for 3rd offence.

19(c) No scoresheet received by Match Secretary by Sunday following the game
Players and Registrations
The GMACL Play-Cricket website will be used for all player registrations. A player will need their own Play-Cricket account via the ECB Play-Cricket website. All registrations must have a photograph of the player attached which must be passport style (head and shoulders) with no hat or sunglasses. The option to make the photo visible must be enabled. All rules with regard to registration (no Professional or paid players, the Professional/Higher Graded Club list in place) along with young player age restrictions and definitions for non British citizens (Category 3 players) will apply from the GMACL rulebook. Players may be registered up to one hour prior to the scheduled start time for the fixture.
Match Rules
First two weeks of May, Match Start 5:30pm (finish 8:20pm)
Standard match start during the season 6:00pm (finish 8:50pm)
First two weeks of August, Match Start 5:30pm (finish 8:20pm)
From third week of August, Match Start 5:00pm (finish 7:50pm)
To encourage full use of the Play-Cricket Scorer App then for every five games that a team satisfies both of the following then one bonus point will be awarded –
(i) Match scored on Play-Cricket Scorer App on the ‘ball-by-ball’ option.
(ii) All players are correctly registered on the league Play-Cricket website.
